　　[摘要］目的：研究Vidadur Alpha 飾瓷中不透明牙本質(zhì)瓷的厚度對(duì)In-Ceram滲透鋁瓷復(fù)合顏色的影響。新泰科儀器INTEKE.CN方法：分別制作四種顏色滲透鋁瓷基底AL1、AL2、AL3、AL4，厚度為0.5mm。在滲透鋁瓷基底表面分別構(gòu)筑與其相對(duì)應(yīng)的A1、A3、B4、C4的不透明牙本質(zhì)瓷，厚度分別為0.1mm、0.2mm、0.3mm、0.4mm、0.5mm五種。用MINOLTA CR-321型測(cè)色儀在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)白背景下測(cè)色，記錄數(shù)值，進(jìn)行比較、分析。結(jié)果：①復(fù)合顏色隨不透明牙本質(zhì)瓷厚度的增加，四種試件的明度值L呈下降趨勢(shì)；②飽和度在一定的厚度范圍內(nèi)無顯著性差異（P>0.05）；③不透明牙本質(zhì)瓷厚度在0.2～0.4mm時(shí)，色相角無明顯變化(P>0.05)。結(jié)論：不透明牙本質(zhì)瓷厚度變化對(duì)調(diào)節(jié)修復(fù)體最終的顏色有一定的影響。

　　A study of color between opaque-dentine porcelain and in-ceram glass/alumina composite

　　Abstract：Objective To investigate the influence of the thickness of opaque-dentine porcelain on the composite color of opaque dentine and infiltrated alumina substrates complex. Methods In-Ceram Glass／alumina composite specimens (AL1, AL2, AL3 and AL4) were prepared with the thickness of 0.5mm, Opaque-Dentine Porcelain (A1, A3, B4 and C4) were applied with the thickness of 0.1mm, 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.4mm and 0.5mm respectively. The composite color was measured with MINOLTA CR-321 colorimeter under standard white background, data were recorded and analyzed. Results ①With the Opaque-Dentine porcelain was increased, the L value of each group were decreased. ② Chroma value of each specimen group was remained relatively stable (P>0.05) ③ Within the thickness between 0.2－0.4mm, the Hue value remains relatively stable (P>0.05). Conclusion The thickness of Opaque-Dentine Procelain will probably influence the final color of All-Ceramic Prosthetics.
